What is it?

Multi-channel Alerts are an extension of the concepts of alerts to any device utilized by the user.  The alerts can be sent by mobile phone, PDA, delivered to the computer of the user, or by way of e-mail. 

How it works:

During the registration process the user defines the channel he/she will utilize for communication.  Each time an alert is sent, the user receives the content through the selected channel of communication.  If the contents of the alert cannot be received for whatever reason, they will be resent through a complimentary channel such as e-mail.  .
